FROM THE EAST
By car take the M5 to Exeter
and then the A38 (Devon Expressway) signposted Plymouth.
After the junction to South Brent look for and take the slip
road at the sign to Ivybridge Station and Park and Ride,
turn right over the A38 and left at the T Junction. After
200m turn right, just past the Wrangaton Post Office. Drive
up the lane and turn left at the T junction. After a mile
turn right into Moorhaven Village by the Gate Lodge, beware
of the speed humps! Continue up the drive for 400m and you
will see a large boulder with the sign to Blackadon Farm,
turn right up a narrow lane passing Higher Yard on your
left. We wish you an uneventful journey.
FROM THE WEST
From Plymouth
take the A38 to Ivybridge. Take the B3223 and follow signs
to Bittaford. In the Village of Bittaford turn under the
last arch of the viaduct and up the hill taking the third
turning on the left by the Gate Lodge into Moorhaven
Village. Follow the main drive over three speed humps.
Continue up the drive for 400m and you will see a large
boulder with the sign to Blackadon Farm, turn right up a
narrow lane passing Higher Yard on your left. We wish you an
